| Abstract or description | Organizations are going to a transformation process as owners are requiering the deliverable of intelligent 3D models as an additionto the standard 2D pdf documents. BIM or Building Information Modeling is becoming a common term for infrastructure projects but the application of such methodology has seen variable success. This is quite a transformation that involves not only software tools but a complete shift on how professionals manage, collaborate and, produce the information required. The purpose of this presentation is to show the considerations and necessary steps to implement a succesful BIM workflow into infrastructure projects. |
