This session explores relationship health as a protective factor against return-to-use, focusing on rebuilding connection with self, others, and community. Participants will learn practical, repeatable tools to reduce shame, strengthen recovery-supportive relationships, set effective boundaries, and support reintegration. While grounded in veteran experience, the strategies apply broadly to trauma-impacted individuals navigating recovery.

Workshop Type

Recovery

Workshop Length

3 Hour

 "}
