Start (or build) your resiliency savings account by joining this experiential workshop to learn tools to flexibly bounce back from difficult experiences. In the morning session we will build our understanding of resilience by learning what we, as a group, already do to be resilient. We will then learn the six skills of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) to add to our toolkit. In the afternoon session we will explore how mindfulness can become a way of practicing everyday resilience.
