Although it seems harmless, research suggests it reduces productivity, causes mental blocks, impacts executive functioning and overall wellness. Participants will enter a calm and relaxing atmosphere. This workshop will present the harms of multitasking, assess personal multitasking habits, and provide resources to become mentally focused. Incremental behavioral practices daily, weekly, monthly, can yield life-changing positive results in mental focus and overall selfcare. During the workshop participants will use self-evaluation, self-awareness, and reflection to create a personal self-care plan to help reduce multitasking and achieve the aspired vision in both their professional and personal lives.
