| Issue/Objective | Global health inequities remain a defining challenge of the 21st century, driven by an increasingly fragmented global landscape characterized by political instability, economic disparities, climate change, and emerging health threats. These inequities are deeply rooted in structural weaknesses across governance systems, financing mechanisms, and health system design, resulting in unequal access to quality healthcare. Despite significant advances in biomedical research, digital health, and technological innovation, their benefits are unevenly distributed. Marginalized populations particularly in low- and middle-income countries continue to face systemic barriers, including exclusion, misinformation, fragile institutions, and imbalanced power dynamics. Furthermore, a persistent gap exists between evidence generation and its translation into real-world practice, limiting the effectiveness of global health interventions. |

In addition, fostering trust through community engagement and combating misinformation are critical to improving health system uptake and effectiveness. The study further underscores the importance of bridging the gap between evidence and implementation by promoting accountability, strengthening policy execution, and ensuring alignment between global strategies and local realities. Ultimately, integrated, community-centered, and technology-supported approaches provide a practical pathway for translating knowledge into equitable health impact. |
